03:52Finally, Cyprus is a good option for digital nomads who want to stay for several months
03:59in Europe without needing a visa.
04:02Although Cyprus is part of the European Union, it's not part of the Schengen Zone.
04:09Americans can only spend 90 out of every 180 days in the Schengen Zone.
04:15Since Cyprus is not part of the Schengen Area, Americans may enter and remain there for up
04:20to 90 days without a visa and without taking up any of their permitted travel time to other
04:25European nations.
04:28Therefore, hypothetically, every 90 days, you may go back and forth between Cyprus and
04:35other European nations.
04:38Cyprus does provide a digital nomad visa, although it is not among the simpler to obtain
04:44digital nomad visas due to its €3,500 minimum monthly revenue criteria.
04:51Still, in my opinion it is worth for the quality of life it offers.
