00:17One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. I see my dad.

00:25I don't remember nothing about my father. Nothing at all.

00:31These girls just needed a way to invite their fathers into their lives on their own terms.

00:44My daughter was born when I was in prison. I had to see her through a glass. Couldn't kiss her, couldn't hold her.

00:50My mother was incarcerated, paid 10 years. It's like, damn, man, my daughter going through the same thing that I've been through.

00:59It's not okay. It's affecting me.

01:04I'm just getting older and like won't be here to see them memories.

01:11One girl said, my dad can't come to the dance because he's in jail.
