00:00Stage 18 of the Tour de France begins in Gap, a 179.5 kilometre stage with 3,100 metres of elevation.

00:08Today's stage will be the last potential opportunity for a victory for the breakaway,

00:12before heading into three stages where the general classification favourites will likely duel it out between them.

00:18There are five climbs on the menu, but all of them are third category.

00:21However, the nature of the parkour will favour breakaway artists.

00:25EF Education were rewarded with their breakaway risk yesterday,

00:28but 11 teams are without victory so far and time is running out.

00:32Bahrain victorious will hope that Matty Mohoric can deliver,

00:35whilst Lidl Track have had a very quiet Tour, Tom Squinge could be their man.

00:39Wout van Aert might be afforded a last opportunity,

00:41whilst Ola Lanscano could salvage Movistar's Tour de France.

00:46Either way, the stage into Barcelona won't disappoint and it'll be action all the way.
