00:00What was it like playing a mom to these very talented up-and-coming dancers?
00:07Oh, it was so easy because I am a mom, I'm a dance mom in real life, so it was, you know,
00:12it was a lot of fun, and I felt a connection to these girls, so it was just like, it came
00:17natural to me.
00:18What's it like being a dance mom?
00:20Is it as crazy as they depict it on TV?
00:22Oh, some days, yes, but most of the times, no.
00:25It's a lot of fun.
00:26These girls work really hard, and what you don't realize is that they are, you know,
00:30they're really good at their craft, and they love it so much, so you can't help but get
00:34behind them and really be their biggest fans.
00:37What's one of your favorite moments from your experience either making this film or in real
00:41life?
00:42Probably in real life is watching the girls succeed.
00:44They work so hard, and sometimes, you know, a lot of times they don't win, but when they
00:48win, it's really magical because you do know how hard they work, and they just really make
00:53incredible bonds and relationships with the other dancers, so it's just, you know, it's
00:58a great thing to be involved with.
