00:27a thick and black smoke was seen as the houses in the area were engulfed by fire.
00:32At 3 p.m. last afternoon, the fire broke out.
00:36Because the house that is burning is near Manila Bay,
00:39some residents set up a tent to evacuate their belongings.
00:44It spread quickly because most of the houses are made of light materials.
00:48At 3 p.m., the fire rose to the 4th alarm.
00:52It means that firefighters are helping from nearby villages to put out the fire.
00:58Choppers are also using to pour water on the houses that are being burned.
