00:33men win, having lost against Italy in the 2021 finals in London's Wembley. But what

00:40did fans of the host country think of the tournament?

00:58For Spain, the stakes are high as a win on Sunday would mean they are the team who have

01:23won the most titles in tournament history. Currently, they are tying with Germany for

01:28this record.

01:29Sunday's final is the first time that England and Spain will be facing off in a major tournament

01:35since the 1996 Euros. While Spain are the favourites to win, having taken home three

01:41European cups, will England's men's team be following in the footsteps of their women

01:54Seven runners were taken to hospital following the penultimate running of the bulls in the

01:59Spanish city of Pamplona. According to local media, none of them were injured by bull horns.

02:05Medics on the ground normally deal with injuries, but this time hospitalisation was needed.

02:10The event is part of the annual San Fermines festivities, which attracts at least one million

02:15visitors a year. The running of the bulls takes place between the 7th and the 14th of

02:20July over an 875-metre course with six fighting bulls. On average, about 2,000 people participate

02:28in each race. Since 1910, a total of 16 people have died in the running of the bulls.

02:38This is Amélie Oudea Katera, the French sports minister, taking a symbolic dip in the Seine

02:45on Saturday, in an attempt to ease concerns about water quality before the start of the

02:51Paris Olympics. As despite a 1.4 billion euro clean-up plan, concerns remain over the river's

02:58suitability for swimming events. Late last month, into July, unsafe levels of E. coli

03:06were found in the river for a third successive week.

03:14Ukrainian volunteers are risking their lives on the front lines to save animals left behind

03:21by their owners. Just recently, they carried out an operation in the Donetsk region, in

03:27which they rescued five dozen dogs and cats from Toretsk and Druzhnevka. Now, they are

03:34hoping that they will find families for them.

03:55The shelter currently houses more than 260 animals, but there is not enough space for

04:01everyone. That is why they urge people to take care of their four-legged friends. Hundreds

04:07of thousands of animals have been abandoned in Ukraine since the beginning of the war.

04:15A red alert is in place for all of Croatia as the country continues to swelter through

04:20a heat wave. The highest temperature on Friday, 37 degrees Celsius, was recorded in the northeastern

04:27region of Slavonia and southern Dalmatia. And there's been little respite in the sea.

04:33Water temperatures in some areas hit 28 degrees Celsius. During a heat wave last month, Croatia

04:39faced major power outages because of overload and the collapse of a regional distribution

04:45line.
