U.S. President Joe Biden says 'there's no place' for political violence in America following a shooting at Trump rally.

00:00There's no place in America for this kind of violence, it's sick, it's sick.

00:05It's one of the reasons why we have to unite this country.

00:08We cannot allow for this to be happening.

00:10We cannot be like this.

00:12We cannot condone this.

00:14And so I want to thank the Secret Service and all the agencies,

00:17including the state agencies that have been engaged in making sure that people

00:22and we have more detail to come relative to other people

00:26who may be injured in the audience.

00:28All of that detail, we'll make that available to you.

00:31I may be able to come back a little later tonight,

00:34but we'll put out a statement if we don't, if I'm not able to,

00:37if it's not convenient for you all.

00:39But the bottom line is that the Trump rally was a rally that he should have been able to

00:44be conducted peacefully without any problem.

00:47But the idea, the idea that there's political violence or violence in America like this

00:53is just unheard of.

00:54It's just not appropriate.

00:56Everybody must condemn it. Everybody.
