00:23Kou Tianfu and La Bi Ding were sentenced to death according to the death penalty in 2023, which was enacted in September last year.

00:34This morning, the three judges, led by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court,

00:39after listening to the testimony of the two judges,

00:41withdrew the application of the two prisoners of death to maintain the death penalty.

00:46Kou Tianfu and La Bi Ding were sentenced to death.

00:52That was the case of Xu Xiaofang, a 18-year-old Chinese girl who killed Fang Lin 20 years ago.

00:58Some viewers may still remember the name Xu Xiaofang.

01:02On March 8, 2004, Xu Xiaofang was found to be buried in a house in a park in the Western Jianggang Hero Park in Wanjin, Hsuanan.

01:12Then the police found a man's gold leaf at the scene of the murder.

01:16It is suspected that Xu Xiaofang was sexually assaulted and was arrested on March 12.

01:22Kou Tianfu, who was detained by the police, lied the day after he was arrested that he had a stomachache and needed to go to the bathroom.

01:29As a result, he ran away from the police station in Danrong City, Xuezhou.

01:33Until 7 years later, in 2011, when the police were investigating a car theft case,

01:38they arrested two suspects and found that one of them was Kou Tianfu, a murderer who had been wanted for many years.

01:47This morning, the prosecutor and the deputy procurator said that Kou Tianfu dug a hole to bury the victim,

01:55and even poured cement into the victim when he was still alive.

01:59This kind of criminal behavior is extremely bad and outrageous.

02:05The second case is the so-called Wendong Murderer Lapidin.

02:10He is even a murderer.

02:13The 54-year-old Lapidin was arrested in 2009

02:16and murdered Guo Wanjin, who was only 17 years old at the time,

02:20in a house in Pengheng, Wendong, and Dali New Village.

02:24According to the autopsy results, the cause of death of Guo Wanjin is

02:30Guo Wanjin is the stepdaughter of Xu Guohui, the former village chief of Wendong and Dali New Village.

02:35Time goes back to one noon in 2009.

02:38Guo Wanjin's sister returned to her stepfather's house and found that her sister had died in the bedroom,

02:45At that time, the sister also found that her sister's clothes were not neat,
