00:00A state of emergency has been declared in parts of Russia's Voronezh region after a
00:18reported Ukrainian drone strike on an ammunition storage facility.
00:22Alexander Gusev, the governor of Voronezh, says the attack sparked a large warehouse
00:27fire and that the detonation of explosive material continues.
00:32There were no casualties, he added in a post on his Telegram channel.
00:36Footage posted on social media showed a drone flying low over the countryside and a large
00:42mushroom cloud burning on the horizon.
00:45Ukraine has yet to officially comment on the strike.
00:56Russia has unleashed the biggest attack on Kiev in several months.
01:01At least seven people died in the capital and its biggest children's hospital was severely
01:07damaged.
01:08Ukraine, said Russia used hypersonic missiles which travelled ten times the speed of sound.

04:12Boeing has agreed to plead guilty to fraud charges relating to two fatal crashes of its
04:19737 MAX jets.
04:20That's according to a court filing by the U.S. government late Sunday.
04:24If approved by a federal judge, the plea would brand the planemaker a convicted felon.
04:30It will have to pay a fine of over $243 million and invest more in improving safety.
04:36The charges flow from the fatal crashes in 2018 and 2019 which killed 346 people.
04:48Well, police have opened an inquest into the death of four members of the South African
04:57National Defence Force.
04:58The soldiers were on duty as part of Operation Vala Umgordi.
05:02The operation is dealing with illegal mining activities.
05:05Now, the soldiers were deployed to a dormant mining shaft out in Orkney.
05:11It's in the northwest province, situated close to the Harry Oppenheimer Stadium.
05:15The shaft was identified as a possible hotspot for illegal mining.
05:19The deceased members were found inside a container structure, which was used as a guardhouse
05:24for the operation.
05:25They were found with their rifles and personal items.
05:29The initial investigation suggests the soldiers may have died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
