## Recycle Your Mind: Delete the Trash, Embrace the Good
Do negative thoughts and bad memories feel like a constant loop in your head? Wish you could hit "delete" and start fresh? Well, get ready to transform your mindset with the Recycle Mindset!
This episode dives deep into a powerful concept that goes beyond sorting plastics and paper. We're talking about applying the principles of recycling to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Just like a recycling bin, our minds hold a mix of materials. Some are valuable, some are trash. The key is to learn to sort through them, discarding the negativity and focusing on the good stuff.
**From Food Scraps to Precious Resources: Identifying Your Mental Recycling**
Imagine your thoughts as ingredients. You've got juicy, fresh vegetables representing positive experiences and skills. Then there are the wilted lettuce leaves and chicken bones – the negative thoughts, self-doubt, and regrets. These "food scraps" don't serve us and take up valuable space.
The Recycle Mindset teaches us to identify these negative thoughts and consciously choose to let them go. It's not about "forgetting" the past, but acknowledging it and leaving the negativity behind.
**Recycling for Growth: Building Blocks of a Positive Future**
The real magic happens when we focus on the positive experiences in our mental recycling bin. These are like the plastic bottles and aluminum cans – valuable resources we can use to create something new.
Positive experiences are the building blocks of a growth mindset. They remind us of our resilience, the lessons we've learned, and the amazing things we've accomplished. By re-focusing on these positive aspects, we fuel our motivation and build a foundation for a brighter future.
**More Than a One-Time Sort: Maintaining a Healthy Mental Recycling Process**
Recycling isn't a one-time event. Sometimes, those negative thoughts sneak back in. That's okay! The key is persistence. Each time you catch yourself dwelling on the past, gently refocus on the positive.
**Actionable Tips to Implement the Recycle Mindset:**
Here are some practical tools to help you put the Recycle Mindset into action:
* **Mindfulness Meditation:** Meditation helps you become aware of your thoughts without judgment. By observing your thoughts, you can identify unhelpful patterns and redirect your focus.
* **Gratitude Journaling:** Take a few minutes each day to write down things you're grateful for. Focusing on gratitude shifts your perspective and fosters a sense of positivity.
* **Positive Affirmations:** Repeat positive statements about yourself regularly. Over time, these affirmations can reprogram your subconscious and boost your self-esteem.
* **Reframing:** Look for the silver lining in challenging situations. Ask yourself, "What can I learn from this?" or "How can I use this to grow?"

00:00Hello friends, welcome to another episode of discussion and this is a special
00:12discussion which is given a very high priority and very high importance in
00:20terms of mental health because all these days the law and order was not so
00:27vigilant on people and the evidence was very much considered as the main
00:39criteria for judgment okay now it is something which were the attempt of
00:47various conversations also can be considered as criminal courts which are
00:55enacted as per the new law enactment by the government of India and BNS is one
01:06among them it is already implemented from July 1st 2024 and it is called
01:14Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita okay it is the book of criminal courts and the
01:27courts are so strong and so merciless that there is no scope of coming back
01:35okay there is no scope of coming back you go to a friend's house you invite a
01:43guest to your house any moment any moment of communication physically or
01:50virtually or whether you make a phone call or you make a message everything
01:56can be considered as an evidence to commit crime where the person may have a
02:03lot of good intentions and he may argue that I did it for the good of my family
02:12for the good of my friend but the law has its own definition and we have to be
02:20very careful from now on so after doing a lot of research as to why celebrities
02:27are imprisoned and why they are behind bars and what makes them to really be so
02:34violent and wild in their thinking all these things made me to do a thorough
02:41research and come to a conclusion okay first of all it all happens with the
02:47recycle mindset I have come with a new terminology called the recycle mindset
02:53where from small where a small child to an old senior citizen carries it entire
02:59his life and he rethinks he restores and he keeps on analyzing he keeps on
03:08thinking about the incident or a situation again and again and that
03:15really amplifies his emotions in such a way that he becomes overwhelmed to
03:20commit some bad action or a bad execution okay so what is this recycle
03:29mindset what is recycling see when you have a basket you can keep good things
03:36in it you can keep bad things in it and you can also take things out you can
03:41keep and you can take you can deposit and you can withdraw so the recycle
03:49mindset is also like that you have a memory carrying basket in your mind and
03:55those memories are good memories and bad memories and in most of the computer
04:02operating systems you find trash and you also find recycle bin in Windows
04:08operating system it is actually to on a short term basis you try to eliminate or
04:14delete some files which are unwanted which are irrelevant and later it will
04:19be piled up in such a way that the recycle bin becomes so full and it
04:24becomes it begins to overflow with the junk and you try to empty the recycle
04:29bin because it wastes your memory space also your storage also will be in a big
04:36problem you will not have enough storage space same thing happens in your brain
04:41when your bad memories increases and when your good memories are disturbed
04:48with the bad memories you try to delete and restore it again and again as and
04:55when you want from the recycle bin okay so what is the solution for this so many
05:02people are so blind about this without realizing that it cannot be solved by
05:09any doctor they spend a lot of money on medicines medications and therapies and
05:14counseling but still after therapy they return back to their home with the same
05:20recycle bin even though it is empty again they drop all the bad memories and
05:26make the bin so full and they suffer a lot in their life so let me systematically
05:33analyze a bad thought a thought arises which can be good or bad an incident
05:42occurs which is good or bad or a story is created against you to insult you
05:50which is also bad okay so experience memories all have bipolar nature that is
06:00good and bad good things like you won some sports medal in your school days
06:08you are appreciated when you get a rank you are praised in your family all these
06:15are good memories and they are imprinted in your long-term memory and
06:19whenever people identify you you get back to those long-term memory bring it
06:25to the short-term memory and you you try to confirm it that yes this is who I am
06:31I am the one who studied in that school got so many prizes so these are all the
06:37things that happens between the short term and the long term memory in the
06:40middle of this in the middle of this the bad and the worst situations also
06:47will be filled up and it will be blended and you won't be able to filter out what
06:53are the good memories and bad memories because in the in the basket you remove
06:58the good memories because it's already good and it's no more useful it's
07:03already proved that it's a good memory and you keep the bad memory to get some
07:11justice in your life you always try to think of revenge you always try to think
07:16of justice because the bad memory has still not given any justice in your life
07:20and someone is happy by insulting you and he is progressing in life and you
07:26are still stuck in the same situation this is what makes your recycle bin
07:33mindset more and more bigger from the coffee cup it becomes a mug it becomes
07:37a jar it becomes a vessel it becomes a well it becomes a big lake of bad
07:43memories and the weight the gravity of the memories bad memories are so
07:50intense that it will be impossible to remove the basket from your mind so what
07:57I'm trying to say is that good memories are retained without any basket they
08:04are immortal they are permanent but the bad memories need to be permanently
08:08deleted without any restoring capacity like a recycle bin mindset the moment
08:15you the moment recycle mindset exists in your brain the bad memories also will
08:22have the space to settle so you should never give any space to space for the
08:29bad memories to settle so that you will disconnect from those bad memories and
08:34you will not have any opportunity to act on it you may question me that isn't it
08:42any isn't it you are selfish and you are self-centered what what if your brother
08:48is suffering from this someone has spoiled the reputation of your sister
08:52through online social media through trolling will you keep quiet what kind
08:57of brother or parent you are so this question is applicable to those people
09:04who blindly allow with a lot of freedom to expose to get an exposure of all the
09:13insecure experiences you have to build safety you have to build security among
09:18your children among your sisters brothers in such a way that they should
09:24not become the victims of these allegations so once you are recycle
09:32mindset is thrown out of your mind you are identified in a different way in the
09:38society you will be defeating all the criminal courts of your new law and new
09:45enactment your mind becomes your own heaven and any kind of rethinking of bad
09:57memories will never exist and due to the permanent elimination or deleting of the
10:04bad memories your mental health will lead to a heavenly experience and we'll
10:11meet in the next episode
