Preparation Method Wash the minced beef In a large bowl add onion green chilies coriander leaves red chili all spices powder salt cumin powder ginger garlic powder Transfer it into a food processor Grind it till well combined Take out into a bowl Add an egg & mix well Set it for 30 min Make cylinder shapes Heat up oil Fry till golden Set aside In a deep pan Add ¼ cup oil Add cumin seeds onion & ginger garlic paste Sauté it for a few minutes Blend the tomatoes until it forms in puree Add it in onion mixture Add all spices of gravy Add ¼ cup water & mix well Add the fried kababs Cook for 20 -25 min Garnish Afghani Kabab with coriander leaves and green chilies
