1 cup soaked red lentils (Lal masoor) 1/2 cup soaked yellow lentil( mong daal) Salt as taste 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Oil for tarka 4 green chilies 2 tbsp achari masala 1 tsp chopped garlic Coriander leaves
Preparation Method
Soak the lentils for 30 min Add in a pot add salt, red chili powder & turmeric Mix well Cook for 25 min or until lintels are well cooked In a frying pan, add oil, green chilies & 2 tbsp of achari masala Fry it for 2min Add chopped garlic Fry till garlic is slightly brown Add it to the prepared daal Mix it Garnish it with coriander leaves Serve with rice or chapatti Cook Awesome Website always tries to present the new concept by mixing international Cuisine or Recipe with local tastes.
