Local emergency declared in Oroville, CA following the breakout of intense wildfire

Morgan has shared gripping footage, offering updates about the recent wildfire that broke out in Oroville, CA.   The footage offers a view of the situation from Morgan's place.  Even with military and fire personnel putting forth their best efforts to tackle the blaze, the feeling of chaos is palpable in this video.   By 5:20 PM (July 2, 2024), the wildfire in question had already destroyed 2,136 acres. Moreover, it resulted in thousands of evacuations.
