00:00The construction of the Pambansang Pabahay for Filipino Housing or 4PH program in the town of Baletes, Batangas will start this July.

00:12The target is to finish it within two years.

00:15And almost 5,000 Baletenos are expected to benefit from the quality, decent, but affordable housing of Marcos Administration.

00:55In the ceremonial groundbreaking and laying-of-time capsule of Balete Lakeview Residences,

01:03Berry Jane Malaluan is one of the lucky ones.

01:06She has been living with her four children all her life.

01:10Because of her hard-earned salary as a barangay health worker and extra income from a house.

01:16She now has the hope of having her own house.

01:36People like Berry Jane will no longer have to worry about paying monthly amortization

01:41because the government will now pay the interest subsidy.

01:45In the added price ceiling of 1.8 million pesos for a 27-square-meter unit in high-rise buildings

01:53that will be paid for 30 years, instead of more than 11,000 pesos per month,

01:58the beneficiary of the 4PH program will only pay more than 3,600 pesos.

02:05This is a big opportunity for our countrymen, especially for the people of Balete.

02:09That's why they are encouraged to apply for a house mask for the Filipinos.

03:09It has accumulated US$100 billion or more than 5.8 billion pesos for this project.

03:23dignity, and a brighter future to many families in this community.

03:58to succeed in the 4PH Program

04:01and address the more than 6 million housing backlog in the country.

04:41This is one of the sources.

04:43This is just the beginning.

04:45This means that foreign investors have great trust in our president.

04:52That is why this program is very good.

04:55Construction will begin this July.

04:58According to the property developer, State of the Art,

05:00they will use the technology to build houses that are safe and of good quality.

05:06Our estimate here is about 2 years complete.

05:09But after 12 months, we will deliver already probably 1 building, 2 buildings.

05:15We can do 6 days, 1 floor.

05:19The technology is good.

05:21We went to Malaysia, China, Japan,

05:24to be able to come up with the best technology for this housing.

05:29The local government called for the news

05:32that they were only allowed to sleep

05:34and to pass the application for the 4PH Program

05:37so that scammers will not be victimized.
