00:07It was signed by the prosecutor general of Timor-Leste in the Department of Justice.
00:12Because of this, Tevez will be arrested again for deportation.
00:16In a statement, DOJ said that they are expecting Tevez to face cases against him,
00:23including the murder of former Negros Oriental Governor Ruel de Gamo.

00:31Mayor Janice de Gamo approved the decision of the court in Timor-Leste.
00:36But Tevez's lawyer, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, said that the fight is not yet over,
00:41so DOJ should not be happy.
00:45They also plan to appeal the decision.
