Man Falls From Bicycle While Riding Along Flooded Street in Otumba, Mexico

A man rode his bicycle on a flooded street in Otumba, Mexico. He seemed to ride straight into another man standing in the middle of the street before awkwardly falling into the flowing water. He slowly got back up on his feet, completely drenched.
