00:00Hello everyone. These are chips I've never tried before and I sold them actually at a

00:07dollar store, Dollar Tree. The company's only been around for 25 years but they wanted to

00:12bring you a healthier chip. So this is called Hard Bite. I actually like the name, Hard

00:17Bite. I just hope the chip is not so hard that it damages my tooth. I'd have to do something

00:24like that. I hope that doesn't happen. But it's handcrafted style chips. It's a Canadian

00:28company. Now, what I read online, I believe the factory is in British Columbia. I could

00:35be stupid and I just read it so I could be very stupid and I could be completely wrong.

00:40Maybe it will tell me back here. Made in Canada, from domestic imported ingredients. Oh, yep,

00:46yep, D.C. I think D.C., Canada is British Columbia, unless I just don't know my states

00:52too well. Now, no artificial anything in this. No trans fat. Small batch of cooking.

00:59No cholesterol. And it's also cooked 100% in avocado oil. I don't actually think I've

01:08ever had chips in avocado oil. I just don't think I have. So this is Sweet Ghost Peppers

01:15and it's also non-GMO. But it's a small bag and it only cost me, I think the bag only

01:22cost me $1.50. So you go to Dollar Tree and they have a whole bunch of flavors. And I

01:28decided with the Ghost Pepper, Sweet Ghost Pester, I should have just got the original

01:31because I've never tried this before. But I said, why not? So let me just read here.

01:36250 calories, 17 fat, trans fat is 13, fiber is 14, sugar is 6, protein is 5 grams, sodium

01:47is 10, potassium is 16, calcium is 2, and 8% iron. Now, I can't see the ingredients

01:57here. Yeah, they don't really give me the ingredients. That's odd. Potatoes, oh yeah,

02:04ingredients is basically potatoes, avocado oil, sugar, cane sugar, sea salt, yeast, abstract,

02:10garlic powder, onion powder, ghost chili powders, and spicy natural flavors. So there's

02:16not really a lot of ingredients in here. All potato, no couch. Now I'm not exactly sure

02:23what no couch means. I'm thinking couch potato. Like I would eat these as I'm watching TV

02:29on a, being a couch potato, I'd be a couch potato. So it says no couch, so I'm not supposed

02:36to eat this on a couch? I don't know. But let's see what it says here. We've always

02:40loved farming the west coast and its healthy, active lifestyle. Oh, and potatoes. So we

02:47decided to celebrate both by making our own delicious chips by cooking in small batches

02:53and using simple ingredients to ensure the highest quality. We are proud to bring hard

02:58bite, all potatoes, no couch. I still don't understand that. Maybe I'm just stupid. But

03:05let's open this up. It's actually a hard bag to open too. Ah, got it. I'm smelling

03:23it and it's actually clearing my nose a little bit. My nose is a little stuffed, but as I'm

03:28smelling it, it's just making me cough too. It's a nice smell. It seems like they're fresh

03:34chips. Okay, let's dig into this. So they're cooked in olive oil. I mean, olive oil, no,

03:43avocado oil. Avocado oil. It definitely has a different taste being cooked in avocado

03:58oil. Oh, it has some heat to it too. These are actually quite nice. Let's see. It has

04:15a nice sweet ghost pepper taste to it. Oh, it has some nice heat to it too. I actually

04:22really like this. This is actually impressive. I would actually easily, oh, that's a heat.

04:28It feels like I go like this, I'd have flames coming out of my mouth. That's really nice.

04:37I got to definitely try more of these. So this is a 25 year old company, as I said earlier,

04:43and I would actually, and non-GMO avocado oil and British Columbia, unless I'm stupid.

04:50Hard bite. And it's not really a hard bite. I really liked these. Okay, everyone. I give

05:02these an eight out of 10. They're really good chips. And I like the fact that they're cooked

05:07in healthier oil and it definitely makes a difference in the taste. All right, everyone.
