00:00Hi there. Good morning. Hi, is it Jenny?
00:15As soon as you've got that second rescue breath in, straight back onto CPR.
00:20Nice straight arms.
00:3127, 28, 29, 30. So we'd stop, we'd put the rescue breaths in,
00:36and we would just continue with our 30 compressions and 2 breaths
00:40until either the casualty starts breathing again,
00:43which when this is a cardiac arrest, that's not going to happen.
00:46There could be a trauma, or it could be vomit, or you don't particularly want to.
00:50The rescuer does have the choice.
00:52So in that instance, you wouldn't stop CPR.
00:56Apply pads to patients' chest, as shown in the picture.
01:01Press pads firmly to patients' bare skin.
01:05It will tell you to stop once again, and it will then go into analysing heart rhythm once again,
01:10and if that DC, that shock still needs another shock, then...
01:15Thank you very much, Adam. Thank you, and good luck to you and your wife and your business.
01:19I hope it continues to go well.
01:21The better you do, the safer people are, it seems to me.
