Start with the Spiderman lunge.

This is a really great way to open up your hips.

It's also going to start to loosen up your lower back.

Just focus on sinking into the front side hip.

That's going to get you that maximum stretch.

After that, we're going to go to a child's pose, a nice simple move that's really going

to open up your lower back and it's going to wind up feeling great.

Just focus on taking your time on this and try to breathe through the stretch as much

Then we go to the couch stretch and this one is great.

It is painful, but it will really open up your hip flexors on the front side.
