Quickvee POS and Online ordering is an all-in-one POS that allows you to sell all you products, including age-restricted products in-store and online. All orders print to your store for delivery and pick-up.

In this video, we will show you how to issue a refund in the form of store credit, cash refund or refund back on the card.

Let's look at how to process a refund using QuickVee POS.

QuickVee's refund module is divided into two main parts:
Item Level Refund
Partial Refund
Starting with the Item Level Refund:

To refund an item, go to the orders section, select 'store', and find the order you need to refund.

Click on the specific item you wish to refund. You'll have the option to select the reason for the refund as you complete the process.

After you've processed the refund, the item will appear in a separate category for your records.

Now, let's look at partial refunds:

Open the order you're working with and click on the 'amount'. Use the numeric pad to enter the amount that needs to be refunded.

Hit the 'refund' button and select how the refund should be processed.

This concludes the in-store order refund process.

Now, let's look at how to refund online orders:

Go to the online orders section and select the order you want to refund. The online order refund process is the same as that of in-store orders.
