00:23Some of Mexico's most popular dishes are their quesadillas and burritos,

00:28which have become a comfort food for Filipinos.

00:31And to teach us how to make them, we will have Chef Roberto Masungi Jr. with us.

00:44Before Chef Roberto teaches us how to make our authentic Chicago barbecue quesadilla,

00:50he first cooks the tortilla.

00:53This is what we call tortilla flour.
