Blue Flower is a film about a woman, a mother and a daughter, and at its center is the middle-aged Mirjana, an employee in a thread factory in Zagreb. On the day of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of work, Mirjana's meetings and conversations with her relatives illuminate parts of her life: the one behind her, the one leading and the one yet to come. The blue flower speaks of family, love, selfishness and loneliness and evokes emotional associations and encourages us to take a long look at ourselves.
