Despite being told she could never have children due to PCOS, she discovered she was pregnant.  Wanting to share this news with her sister, she decided on a special surprise. She wrapped up her positive pregnancy test and handed it to her sister, who opened it, expecting to find a piece of chocolate.  To her surprise, she found the pregnancy test instead. Confused but curious, her sister then read the accompanying card.   Realization dawned on her, and she was overwhelmed with emotion, her eyes welling up with tears of joy.
