00:00What was really hard as a mom as well was watching her talk about what's next for her

00:04children.

00:05Oh, yeah.

00:06That was our hardest conversation.

00:07Yeah.

00:08So what happened before she passed?

00:10Obviously, I know Kaitlyn is with you and Kylie is with dad.

00:14Well, to be honest and to be fair, nothing was ever really set in stone for Anna Vass.

00:20I felt like as a family, you know, everybody, and I know even for me, I was just like, because

00:26I have kids myself.

00:27So for me, it's like, you definitely want to make sure, because every appointment they

00:30were telling her, you need to get your affairs in order.

00:32I also think that Anna didn't get her affairs in order only because she didn't want to accept

00:38the fact that she was passing.

00:39And I mean, who wants to accept that fact at such a young age and like, she does have

00:44two kids.

00:45She has a husband.

00:46So I just think her biggest thing was like, not wanting to sign this paper.

00:50Like that means like, if I sign this paper, that means I'm basically going to die is how

00:55she probably feels.

00:56So when she passed, there was no plan.

00:58I mean, it was like immediate, like, like I had to hire a lawyer.

01:02We had to do emergency custody.

01:03Like I couldn't do anything.

01:04We, none of us, but we also, we knew that Anna would never go on re-admission.

01:08We knew that she would never like be cancer free, but it was like, we knew like, we didn't

01:14think that she was going to pass that fast.

01:16No, no, not at all.

01:18So it's like, we also didn't have anything in order for that reason.

01:20One to five years.

01:21Yeah.

01:22And I will say something about her doctor.

01:25He never would give us like, I'm not going to give you a job because like even when she

01:29was getting worse.

01:30I could tell when he would say that and he's like, I'm not going to give y'all a time because

01:33I like to do that.

01:34He was like, you know, I'm not God or anything, but I could tell from like you telling me

01:40that, that like, we didn't have much, I think he was just trying to say that we didn't have

01:45much time, but like not say that physically.

01:47Right.

01:48And like in her mind, like she was talking about like Kaitlyn graduating and like, you're

01:53like Kylie graduating with a grade.

01:54Like those are the moments that like, I said it on my now, it's like, I'll get like, I'm

01:58choking, but because like, those are the moments that she's going to miss.

02:01Like, you know, you know, and like, you know, it's just stuff like, I just think about like,

02:05and I'll say it to my last breath, I should not be raising Kaitlyn and Michael should

02:09not be raising Kylie and I should be here raising her girls period point blank.

02:14I'll say it till the day I die that life is not fair, um, you know, for the girls, definitely

02:23not to Kaitlyn and Kylie.

02:24Have they spoke?

02:25I know.

02:26I think you said that they haven't spoken since.

02:27Um, they speak.

02:28Um, I mean, she's seen her like a couple of times, however, like we're very limited to

02:34the access.

02:35Right.

02:36And it's, and it's not lack of trying as a family, um, we have, and he's not allowing

02:43us, but it is a very tough road.

02:45Like even as a mom of four, it's a very tough road to continue to reach out and reach out.

02:49And every time honestly, like, yeah, you not get reached back out to, or, you know,

02:54get denied.
