00:00Hi, I'm AJ Mendez, and you're watching Life Minute TV.
00:03So the film is about people grappling with becoming an adult, and really embracing that
00:14shift from being free, kind of a child, carefree, reckless, to having responsibilities on your
00:20plate.
00:21It has a really grounded, yet hilarious feel.
00:24We're watching Ricky and Glenn, which are Michael and Michael's characters, honestly
00:27having to come to terms with who they are, and the ways they need to grow up, and kind
00:31of buck up, honestly, in order to keep the people that they really appreciate and love
00:35in their lives.
00:36The two characters we play do not really mirror the people we are in real life.
00:42In the film, Mike plays Glenn, a guy who is very straight-laced and taken on the responsibility
00:48of being a husband and a father very seriously.
00:51My character is Ricky, and he's a little bit more of a loose cannon.
00:55Ricky is the one who brings them together, and at the end, of course, they obviously
01:00need each other more than they realize they did.
01:02There's a lot that each one of these characters is grappling with, especially Michael and
01:06Michael's characters, the way that they're learning and growing.
01:09Every chapter of your life is an evolution, and it's not losing something, it's a new
01:14world to enter, and growing is okay, and responsibility is okay, but you don't have to lose that
01:19child inside of you, and those relationships that meant the most to you when you were younger.
01:25You're welcome.
