Menteri Bahlil Beberkan Sejumlah Syarat Penyerahan Izin Tambang ke Ormas

Bahlil Lahadalia mengatakan akan memberikan Izin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus (IUPK) kepada ormas berbasis keagamaan dengan sejumlah syarat.

00:26the government will verify first

00:28whether religious-based organizations

00:30who have applied to get the permit

00:33have met the conditions.

00:36We are asked to verify and meet the conditions,

00:38then we grant it.

00:40And the conditions are strict,

00:42it's not easy.

00:43They must have a business body,

00:45and the business body must be owned by the corporation.

00:47Why is that done?

00:49So that it is not misused.

00:51Secondly, it cannot be transferred.

00:53If it is to be transferred,

00:54it must go to the government.

00:56Thirdly, the management must be professional.

00:59It must be able to provide income

01:01to the business body of religious-based organizations
