00:00 There might be a little bit of self-doubt. I also I think Eddie is looking for an alternative
00:06 perspective. And I think there's a level of trust between Christopher and Buck that he sees. So
00:13 it's less about him not wanting to do the job because I think Eddie is more hands on. So he
00:21 loves to be a part of the process and do things. But when he realizes he's not getting through to
00:26 Christopher, he needs to outsource. So he goes to his best friend Buck and he knows that he's
00:33 more than likely going to get through to Chris. And he's worked so many times in the past.
00:37 So I believe there's a there's a an offer of comfort to Eddie knowing that even though
00:46 Shannon isn't there, he has somebody else in his life that he can kind of pass the reins to and
00:51 say, hey, I need another perspective. Please help my son out. And Buck always shows up.
00:56 So the truth in that was Eddie now feels that he is the root of all the issues. Right. He
01:03 understands that he's not doing anybody any great or good by keeping them in his vicinity.
01:09 So where that leads to him in next season is, again, there's so many now new questions. But
01:16 with the letting go of his son to parents that he's just started to reconnect to,
01:22 that's a massive thing. He's just starting to understand that his dad is a human and he had
01:28 his own issues. And that's allowing him to humanize that whole relationship between them.
01:37 And then he's understanding his mother in a better way. So there is a level of trust to be like,
01:43 well, I know that you'll keep him alive. I know you'll, you know, take him to the lake and do the
01:48 things that we used to do. So he'll be in good hands. I need to figure out what's going on in
01:52 my head and my heart, because I thought I was just talking to my dead wife. And there's no I just lost
01:59 a girlfriend who was looking as if it was leading towards something healthy, finally.
02:03 So he's he's pretty much shut off all contact to any kind of, well, not all contact, but he just
02:14 now understanding that he needs to do some self-care, find some self-love,
02:20 and that he lacks so much. And he's just kind of recycling the same issues.
