00:00We've had the analysis by the IFS on this, which says that there will be a negligible
00:26impact, so we're very confident about that.
00:40This is a really important policy because, as any parent with young children will tell
00:44you, childcare and nursery places are really essential.
00:49They're so good for children in their development and making sure that when they arrive at primary
00:54school they've got the skills that they need.
00:57Really good for parents and carers because they can get back into the labour market,
01:01so very good also for the economy.
01:03And our scheme is fully funded, fully costed, but also fully planned, so it'll be wrapped
01:07around primary schools and, just talking to some of the parents here who've got other
01:11children in the school, it'll be a real game-changer for them.
01:14So this is being very positively received.
