00:00Earlier, you said that one of your regrets was that 2024 was supposed to be the year

00:06that your mom would go to Siargao,

00:10and 2024 was supposed to be the year that you and Philmar would get married.

00:15Now, looking back and living in 2024, what are your thoughts?

00:21That was a bit heavy for me because I don't live every day of my life thinking

00:28my mom can die tomorrow.

00:30Yeah.

00:31Which I don't know if that was a mistake, right?

00:33Is that wrong? I don't know.

00:35That's what I think.

00:37I don't pray or dream that my mom's life will be cut off right away.

00:43And I expect a lot of things to happen this year that involves her.

00:48Because after all, Philmar and I are getting married, it's also mostly more for her.

00:54Because Philmar and I, even if we don't get married,

00:56we're already husband and wife.

00:59For me, that's what's important.

01:01But I know that my mom will be happy when we get married.

01:05It can't be like I get married and she's just a guest.

01:08No, right?

01:09To me, she's my most important guest at that wedding, supposedly.

01:15And it's also a big deal for me for her to come to Siargao

01:18because I learned a lot when I went to Siargao.

01:21I dream a lot that when she gets there, I want her to realize this too.

01:29I want her to see this too.

01:31I want her to have a chance to make certain changes in herself, in her life.

01:37That maybe when she goes to Siargao, that will happen too.

01:42What she's saying is, let me build a house first.

01:45Yes!

01:46I wanted her to experience drinking beer in Cloud 9.

01:48Yes!

01:49Walking on the beach.

01:51You know, and you imagine that she would have enjoyed Siargao.

01:55I knew, I knew.

01:56A lot of regrets that you didn't pick up your mom and she flew to Siargao.

02:00Yeah, yeah.

02:02But the marriage, the wedding, would you still do it?

02:06Not this year, right?

02:07Yeah, we can't.

02:09We don't want to do it this year, but yes, of course, we still are going to get married.

02:16We're still in the planning.

02:17It's something that we want.

02:18And you wanted to do it also for her?

02:20Yeah, I wanted to do it for her, but of course, that's not the only reason.

02:27You know, that's not the only reason.

02:29You know, it's just a bit sad because that's a big milestone in anybody's life is to get married

02:36and my dad is not around anymore and neither is she.

02:41Right.

02:42So, it's hard for me to think about it because these are the important people in my life.

02:50They are slowly disappearing and I thought they were just there.

02:55I thought they were just there.

02:58I thought it was just a moment.

03:01Maybe all of us are thinking about that, right?

03:05We don't know when it will end.

03:10And what is the lesson that you continue to learn?

03:13When Anastasia's dad is not there, mom is gone.

03:16For me, the biggest lesson for me is to learn how to make the people you love feel it the way they want to.

03:26It's not just about the best way.

03:29You know how.

03:31Also, make an extra effort to make them feel it the way they want to feel love.
