The public complaint we received said that in this area there were foreigners, or parties,
00:15
who worked without having a permanent residence permit.
00:20
And as a result of our operation tonight, as many as 252 foreigners have been arrested.
00:27
One of the most well-known mistakes is Section 6.1.C,
00:31
which is under Section 19.9.63,
00:34
because they do not have a permanent residence permit in our country.
00:40
And then, Section 15.1.C,
00:43
which is under the same section, because it is still under overstay.
00:47
And at the same time, we have arrested one Malaysian citizen
00:55
and we investigated under Section 56.1.D,
01:00
because it protects the parties.
01:02
All these arrests will be placed in the Tropical Investigation Department
01:08
for further investigation and investigation.
01:10
This location, if we look at the back there,
01:13
the workers here are the parties who work for the project back there.
01:18
And if we look at the project back there,
01:21
we can say that it is still in the middle,
01:27
maybe less than a year.
01:32
So this project is a legal project?
01:35
I know it's not your jurisdiction, but it's a legal project.
01:37
Yes, it's a legal project.
01:39
How did we actually clean up?
01:43
We did the same as the first one in the past two weeks.
01:48
It's less than what the public thinks about the existence of the parties in this area.
01:53
And in this second operation,
01:56
if I said earlier that it was the most numerous,
02:00
this one is even more numerous.
02:02
This one is more active.
02:03
This time, there were 725 people.
02:06
If I'm not mistaken, it's the same as before,
02:09
under Section 61.C,
02:12
which is not in the area at all,
02:14
it's empty.
02:15
And also Section 15.1.C,
02:18
which is overstayed.
02:21
And just like before,
02:23
we also have a case under Section 56.1.D.
02:28
A Malaysian citizen,
02:30
we detained because he was protecting,
02:35
he was a caretaker here.
02:38
From this number,
02:39
we have detained the most number of Bangladeshi citizens.
02:43
The second is Indonesia,
02:44
the third is Myanmar,
02:46
and the last one is Pakistan.
02:49
So, just like before,
02:52
the first one,
02:53
those who are detained,
02:54
we will bring them to the police station,
02:57
to the police station,
02:59
to proceed with the documentation,
03:02
and proceed further.
