00:00This is a graduation ceremony where the students have TikTok moves after receiving their diplomas.
00:08This is something that the netizens have anticipated.
00:10The Department of Education has not yet received a report on this,
00:14but they have a reminder about the graduation rites.
00:17Ian Cruz has the report.
00:22This is a huge talent show for the students.
00:25Someone did a death drop.
00:27Someone twerked.
00:31Jumped.
00:38And danced.
00:41But this is not a dance competition,
00:43but a graduation ceremony of the Senior High School of Kapalong College of Technology in Davao del Norte.
00:50Some netizens are not happy about this.
00:53It seems that the solemnity of the graduation has not been celebrated.
00:57The DepEd has a directive for all public schools to maintain the solemnity of the graduation
01:04because the DepEd is asking the private school to conduct the investigation in the school itself.
01:26Self-expression.
01:27But we should also be sensitive about preserving the solemnity of ceremonies.
01:33DepEd Assistant Secretary Francis Cesar Bringas also said
01:37that the video of the graduation ceremony is not sure if it is new or old.
01:41Their regional office still has no report on this.
