Leeds Rhinos 32, Castleford Tigers 4: YEP video review

00:12 in the hunt for the top 6. It's cheered up the fans after a difficult few weeks and it's

00:17 given the players a boost to their confidence. I thought it was a pretty good performance

00:23 from Leeds, some good individual efforts, Reece Martin was absolutely excellent, kicked

00:28 6 goals from 6, scored a couple of tries and was really hard to handle. He played the full

00:33 80 minutes in the second row and Leeds look like a better team with Reece Martin in the

00:37 second row and Paul Momorowski who came back from injury playing at centre. Some good efforts

00:43 from the likes of Matt Frawley who has had a lot of sick from the fans, some of his performances

00:50 haven't been up to scratch but he was very good today, his kicks caused problems, he

00:54 scored a nice try and watched out with the ball, Roddy Croft excellent as ever and I

00:59 thought Lucky Miller had a decent game, very few errors and he beat the first man throughout

01:06 the attack. Ash Hanley scored another terrific try and his carries are really important for

01:12 Leeds and he did that really well today, good all-round performance, I thought they defended

01:17 pretty well as well, could have been more clinical, that's probably the one thing he'd

01:21 say negatively about Leeds, they could have had more points but they defended well, they

01:27 scored some good tries, it was an important win. Award for Castleford I thought disappointing

01:33 really, they obviously had some injury problems, no poor Matt Shane and Joe Esterman went off

01:41 with an achilles injury in the second half so that's a blow but Castleford 4 is a step

01:47 back really from recent performances, they struggled under Leeds' kicking game, a lot

01:52 of knock-ons in the first half, a lot of errors, didn't threaten Leeds at all in the first

01:56 half, they had more of the ball in the second but didn't do an awful lot with it, managed

02:01 just one try and there was a little bit of controversy over that so they're going to

02:04 have to improve but Leeds can go forward with a little bit of confidence I think after that

02:11 one and they're going to be heckled there by Danny Maguire as he walks past the Cass

02:16 assistant coach but certainly a positive afternoon for Leeds, they're going to the Charged Cup
