00:21 which included multiple surgeries and a traumatic brain injury.

00:24 Writing in the post, "The Symphony of Dance tour has only been over for a few days and

00:29 I still haven't quite found the words to express my emotions.

00:33 This tour was truly one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life.

00:37 When we kicked it off in September, I was on cloud nine, getting to travel and perform

00:41 with my newlywed husband, doing the most challenging show I have ever done in my entire life.

00:46 Then December 6th rolled around and everything came to a screeching halt."

00:50 She continues, "When there were talks of resuming the tour a few months later, there was so

00:55 much uncertainty around it for me.

00:57 But I did it.

00:58 This tour reignited many parts of me that have been dim for so long.

01:02 So for that, I cannot thank everyone who came out to support us on this wild journey enough."

01:07 She concluded, "I am so grateful to still be here, with you all doing what I love.

01:14 Back in December 2023, following a show on her and Derek's Symphony of Dance tour, the

01:19 29-year-old was hospitalized and ultimately diagnosed with a cranial hematoma caused by

01:24 a burst blood vessel.

01:26 Since then, she paused her professional dance career as she recovered from multiple surgeries.

01:30 She continued to take her health battle in stride, but returned to dance in March.

01:35 Derek captioned the moment on Instagram with a black and white pic, writing, "Stepping

01:39 onto this blank canvas together, beginning to paint again."

01:42 Hailey has been candid over the past few months about her health struggles, sharing an emotional

01:47 video to Instagram with husband Derek to show off her new buzzed hair and thank fans for

01:52 the love and support through her difficult journey.

01:54 "I mean, to this day, I still have really good days and I have really bad days, emotionally

02:01 and physically sometimes.

02:05 But I'm doing so much better every single day.

02:08 Like truly there is so much progress every day.

02:12 And I'm so grateful for that.

02:14 There was a moment in the hospital when I had just woken up from my first surgery and

02:21 Derek sat at the bottom of my bed and was like, 'Babe, there's so many people thinking

02:25 about you.

02:26 There's so many people sending love to you.'

02:30 And I remember just looking at him and just saying, 'You didn't even have to tell me that.

02:36 I can feel it.'

02:37 Like, I genuinely, I genuinely felt that through my body.

02:42 I felt it in my heart.

02:43 I felt it in my soul.

02:46 So thank you all so much for all of your messages, your love, your energy, your light, your prayers.
