00:21 Pag-asa also warns there is a high chance of La Niña developing in the July-September

00:27 La Niña will increase the likelihood of above-normal rainfall in parts of the country, especially

00:32 toward the end of the year.

00:34 For June to November, the Weather Bureau expects 10 to 13 tropical cyclones to enter or develop

00:39 inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
