00:26 They also came from different municipalities in Maguindanao del Sur, Maguindanao del Norte and Lanao del Sur.

00:33 They were among the recipients of presidential assistance of farmers, fisherfolks and families affected by the El Niño phenomenon.

00:41 About 10,000 beneficiaries were given assistance.

00:45 One of them is Roby Joy, who owns a house that is a farmer's house.

00:49 We will use it for farming. We buy rice and corn for farming.
