00:00Ready? Let's go. Up.
00:04Up.
00:06Keep going.
00:08Good girl.
00:09Well, what you should know first is it's a first class experience for the dog,
00:13a business class experience for people.
00:15We cater everything to the dog, trying to lower their anxiety and their stress
00:22so they have the most comfortable, fear-free experience.
00:26You see the pillows and blankets all over.
00:28They're covered in pheromones that make the dog more comfortable.
00:31There's a menu for them, so food that's catered for them,
00:35a drink menu for them, and even a spa treatment that happens in air.
00:42We came up with the price point based on the cost to us of operating the service,
00:47and so we're operating at a loss today as we start.
00:52The idea is, over time, we have a pretty clear pathway to lower the price for the consumer
00:58and lower our costs.
