00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the distribution of various assistance for fishermen, farmers,
00:08and families affected by the El Niño in the province of Tawi-Tawi and Basilan this morning.
00:14According to the President, his personal tour will provide assistance to the residents
00:21and to talk to the citizens to understand the situation and find a solution to the problem.
00:29The President also confirmed the ongoing implementation of economic and social development programs in Tawi-Tawi,
00:37including the assistance provided by the government, cash assistance for each beneficiary,
00:43and P10 million for each provincial government of Tawi-Tawi and Basilan,
00:49as well as assistance from the Department of Agriculture, DSWD, Office of the House Speaker,
00:56and other government agencies.
00:58President Marcos Jr. once again assured that the government will continue to provide assistance
