00:25 The provincial government of Tawi-Tawi gave all the needs for the PPFS, from logistics to food and water.

00:36 Our local government and the office of Kong Sali prepared provisions of water and food so that the people will not be hungry and the food will be addressed.

00:46 They also talked to residents who have cars because the traffic could be heavy while the event is being held.

01:01 Governor Ismael Salles advised the people of Tawi-Tawi to get their benefits, apologize and not to rush.

01:11 We will tell our people to wait because our problem is that it's hot.

01:20 So we are preparing water and food.

01:25 The new Philippine Service Fair is a flagship program of President Ferdinand Marcos.

01:30 Its purpose is to bring services to the public and also financial and livelihood.
