01:08 Sir, Suyog Telematics is an infrastructure company.

01:25 And the agreement that we have now, Suyog was born as an EPC contractor as a BSNL.
01:32 We have done 15 meter to 100 meter height tower for BSNL from 1995 to 2005.
01:41 Now in the same rollout IP model, we have made this announcement for BSNL.
01:49 Our agreement with BSNL has been done in Delhi headquarters.
01:54 Now in this, we are planning a rollout of 2000 in all India.

02:05 We are strong capability to deliver the goods.
02:09 So we are expecting this huge profit margin is also there.

02:17 So this system is already existing 5000 sites all over India.

02:22 There is a possibility of BSNL coming by doing second tenancy on it.

02:34 Sir, Shiv Shankar ji, tell us, how much annual revenues can be in this contract?
02:39 What is the potential of revenues for you as a company?
02:42 Because of this BSNL order.
02:43 Yeah. Yeah. If we do 2000 sites of BSNL, then per month we will have more than 4 crores of monthly revenues.
02:52 Okay. So annually you could clock in about 50 crores of revenues.

02:57 And this will start, will it start from this month?

03:25 Now in this, there are two types of margins.
03:27 One is we will put up new sites.
03:29 And second is, if the operator comes on our existing portfolio, then the infrastructure cost will be very less.
03:38 And for new site, by doing a mix combination, our profit margin which is currently running for Suyog,
03:45 will be 65% EBITDA and 30% net profit.
03:49 And the same margin will be there in the new site also, right?
03:52 In the new site also.
