An outbreak of severe thunderstorms and strong tornadoes is expected to impact the Midwest on Tuesday, with over 25 million people at risk. Areas like Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Missouri face the highest risks of tornadoes, destructive winds up to 90 mph, and tennis ball-sized hail. Flash flooding is also possible across parts of the Midwest due to rainfall totals reaching up to 5 inches. The peak of the storms is forecast to be in the afternoon and evening on Tuesday.
