00:00 Hollywood is mourning a beloved stuntman. Antonio "Tony" McFarr, a stunt double who often worked with Chris Pratt, was found dead in his Orlando home May 13th, the Orange County Medical Examiner's Office confirms to E! News.
00:15 Tony's cause of death has not yet been released, but the Emmy's office tells E! News that a toxicology exam has taken place. However, the results are still pending.
00:26 The stunt performer worked on 60 projects throughout his career, which began in 2011 with the crime series Bones. However, he was best known as doubling for Chris on several movies, including Jurassic World and its sequel Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, as well as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Passengers.
00:45 The Parks and Recreation alum takes to social media to mourn the loss of his co-worker and friend, writing in an Instagram story May 16th, "Devastated to hear about the loss of my friend and former stunt double Tony McFarr. We did several movies together. We golfed, drank whiskey, smoked cigars, and spent endless hours on set."
01:07 Chris then posts several behind-the-scenes photos of him and Tony working on various films, continuing, "I'll never forget his toughness. He was an absolute stud. He was always a gentleman and professional."
01:21 The 44-year-old ends his tribute to Tony saying, "He'll be missed. My prayers go out to his friends and family, especially his daughter."
01:30 And Tony's mother Donna is also speaking out about her son's passing, telling TMZ that it was "unexpected and shocking," further noting that her son was "active and healthy."
