00:02 What made you decide to put pen to paper here?

00:07 I believe the journey. That's where it's all come down to.

00:12 I looked at the work that was being done behind the scenes

00:19 and you've been very open in where we are.

00:22 I think the openness and the honesty of where we are even in the present,

00:26 we weren't ever trying to say it was better than it was.

00:31 But there was always an action. There's always an action for us to go down.

00:36 And it was the willingness of the people that were in the factory

00:41 who wanted the change.

00:44 And so you had this feeling that we're always going in the right direction.

00:49 For the last year and a half, two years now,

00:51 we've all been looking at the same kind of forwards trajectory.

00:55 And it was one of the months where, when you look at the results,

01:00 to begin the season, it was almost like it's unfair where we are

01:04 because I feel like there's so much that has gone right.

01:07 And I guess unfair is not a great choice because it's racing.

01:11 In the end, it's results-based.

01:13 But I feel like the foundations of this team have improved so much

01:17 and we are forever evolving that.

01:20 And I feel like there's clearly so much room now for us to grow

01:26 where I didn't feel necessarily that was the case when I first joined.
