00:30around going about what's going on with our mental health out there, but through adults and kids,

00:34and we're spending $40 million extra this year. You've can't be freaking well, you've got to be

00:40joking me. You've got to be joking me. You know, we have kids out there, we can see what's going

00:45out. What's going on with the kids out there that are completely out of control. Not a mention,

00:51not a mention about cleaning any of that up.
