The popular cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase suffered a system-wide outage early Tuesday morning. Users could not access Coinbase and received a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" message. Coinbase acknowledged the issue on social media, assuring users their funds were safe. Service was restored after over three hours, though some users reported degraded performance. Coinbase shares fell nearly 2% in pre-market trading following the outage. Crypto prices like Bitcoin appeared unaffected during the exchange disruption.
