00:00 Police have arrested the driver of a BMW following an accident in Crown Point Road Burnley over
00:05 the weekend. Several passengers were injured and the road was closed for several hours
00:09 as a result of the accident on Sunday morning.
00:13 Organisers of the Preston Caribbean Carnival are promising that this year's 50th staging
00:18 of the event will be a spectacular celebration of Caribbean culture like never before.
