00:22 that is formed by the members of the Department of Justice,

00:27 and Department of the Interior and Local Government.

00:30 Under the AO, President Marcos gives importance to the importance of

00:36 the process of advancing and protecting the rights of human rights in the Philippines

00:42 under the United Nations for the Joint Program on Human Rights or UNJP.

00:48 The Presidential Human Rights Committee Secretariat

00:52 will conduct an investigation, data gathering on human rights violations

00:58 of law enforcement agencies, human rights violations of drug control,
