00:20 who filed a complaint with Ombudsman
00:22 to stop the province-wide river restoration program in Bulacan.

00:36 On April 29, Bulacan has launched a huge green dredging project
00:40 to deepen the Bulacan Offshore Delta,
00:43 Angat River, Pamarawan River, Malolos River,
00:46 Hagone River, and Giginto River.
