High Court dismisses case brought by Iranian man

There's relief within the ranks of the government after a High Court ruling went its way allowing some immigration detainees to remain locked-up if they're not co-operating with efforts to deport them. But there's still a battle looming in parliament over whether there should be criminal penalties for people refusing to assist their own deportation.
