00:19Colombian superstar Ryan Castro sat down with Billboard for an interview ahead of the release of his new album

00:25to talk about how far he's come.

00:27I also had more needs. I think that need also led me to do more crazy things to get what I wanted.

00:34And now I think more maturely about the actions I do.

00:37Maybe so I don't get into trouble or maybe so I don't make a bad move.

00:48For me it's a triumph. To be able to say that I have a song with Arka and that it's the focus of my album

00:54for me it's a real triumph and it means that my career and my music is being respected the way I dreamed it.

01:09I learned a lot to control my time and my emotions. I learned not to skip the process.

01:17I learned how to sing on a bus, I should sing later in a bar, I should sing later in a club, later in an arena.
