Not only was the pergola the wrong size for the space (not the first time they’ve shown his measurements/proportions being off) it was supposed to have a HARD light colored surface around the fountain. Instead he’s left grass that looks bad, and is going to die and turn into a mud pit. If I was the homeowner, I’d be pissed.
